The Project engineeris responsible of the coordination of projects withinthe CAPEX team. This responsibility covers :
- monitoring projects independently from A to Z, from project preparation, construction, validation to the final handover
- being responsible for drawingup cost calculations, following up the budgets duringeach stage of the work.
- being responsible for drawing up planning, following-up during each phase of theprojects- negotiating with subcontractors and partners
- planning meetings with customers and maintain communication
- being responsible for directing subcontractors and our own site managers
- monitoring the quality of the executionand ensure that the safetyregulations are observed
- being the Subject MatterExpert covering any questions relatedto project management
- participating to equipment qualification protocols/reports review in order to ensure regulatory compliance
- ensuring cGMP implementation through Gosselies quality system and feeds continuous qualityimprovement
- documenting your work according to current procedures and GMP
- being involved in preparation and executionof any audits/inspection linked to your scope ofactivities
- feeding andsupportinginitiativesin Environment Healthand Safety protecting life and well being
