Partnership with CliniX opens doors to the job market

CliniX: become unbeatable in clinical research

Many Belgian businesses are strong in clinical research and are always looking for new employees. That’s why the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) offers the training CliniX. Job searchers get the chance to obtain new skills that are indispensable for a job within clinical research or Life Sciences.

Theory and practice

Do you have a scientific degree and do you dream of testing new medicines and getting to know new medical techniques? Then CliniX is definitely something for you!

“The training is given in English, takes 3 months and contains 15-20 theoretical modules,” Charlotte D’Hont, Life Sciences recruiter at AUSY, explains. “You will also get some practical exercises and you will have to do an internship. This is how we get our trainees absolutely ready for the job market.”

First of all: a great feeling!

As specialist in Human Resources, AUSY jumped at the chance to become a CliniX partner. Workshops, help with job interviews, contacting clients … is what AUSY has to offer the participants. “It’s all about a structural cooperation, we want to have a clear, substantial contribution.”

“We’ve met the candidates a few weeks ago,”  says Charlotte. “We would like to get to know them better and give them tips on how to behave at job interviews. It’s also the ideal moment to discuss a future collaboration.”

Personalized follow-up: every candidate counts!

For now, the participants are content, and AUSY is sure that they will stay this way. “We follow every candidate personally, and we function as contact point. Furthermore, we give humane, personalized advice. The goal? A job in Life Sciences that matches their skills and ambitions,” says Charlotte.

But the candidates aren’t obligated to start at AUSY. “It’s mostly about a feeling,” according to Charlotte.

“We look forward to collaborating with the candidates that would like to work with us, and we will do everything in our power to make sure they find a job that’s perfect for them.”
